Marian Evans

January 12, 1924 - June 14, 2012

Ms. Marian Funderburk Evans, 88, of Pageland, SC went to be with the Lord on Thursday, June 14, 2012. A Celebration of Life Funeral Service will be at 3 P.M. Sunday, June 17, 2012 at Liberty Hill Baptist Church with interment to follow at the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2 - 3 P.M. Sunday, June 17, 2012 at Liberty Hill Baptist Church. Ms. Evans is the daughter of the late Spoffard L. and Ada Moree Funderburk. Ms. Evans was predeceased by her husband Dallas Nelson Evans; son, Nelson Evans; sisters, Rosa Lee Melton, Alma Deason, Madreth Richardson and brother, Joseph Funderburk. Ms. Evans is survived by her sons, Donnie Evans of Pageland, SC, Bobby Evans of DeLand, FL, brother, Sam Funderburk of Lancaster, SC, six grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
