Mr. Allen Roy McNeely, 68, of Pageland, South Carolina, special brother, uncle and son, passed away on November 5, 2011. He was born August 11, 1943 in Pageland, South Carolina to Ruth Cox McNeely and Jack McNeely. He is survived by two sisters, Patsy McNeely (Don) Funderburk and Brenda McNeely Stevens, several nieces and nephews and his extended group home family with whom he resided in Lancaster County. He attended the Lancaster Disabilities Day Program. Roy was a loving soul who touched so many lives with his big smiles and bear hugs. Many thanks to all the workers who cared for and loved him. Graveside Services for Mr. Roy McNeely will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, November 8, 2011 at Walters Family Cemetery in Monroe, North Carolina.
