Barbara A. Knight, 77, of Goose Creek, passed away November 19, 2012. Ms. Knight was born in Wadesboro, NC, she was the widow of Bobby L. Knight, who passed away in July, 1999. She retired from North Charleston Police Department as a communications supervisor. Mrs. Barbara loved her family, pets, NASCAR and enjoyed playing the piano and organ. She is survived by her son, Larry Knight and wife Debbie of Goose Creek; two daughters, Camille Johnstone of Mt. Pleasant and Kimberly Zeilinger of Fredricksburg, VA; five grandchildren, Brad Knight, Nicole Bauer, Carissa Grayson, Matthew Robinson and Nicholas Zeilinger and three great grandchildren, Ryan, Evan and Brynlee Grayson. Mrs. Knight also leaves behind her pets, Jake, Maggie and Willie. A Celebration of Life Graveside Service will be held November 21, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. in Pageland First Baptist Church Cemetery, Pageland, SC.
