Mrs. Betty Jo Roberts, 88, of Pageland, SC passed away on Monday, December 14, 2020 at her home while surrounded by her loving family. Mrs. Betty Jo Roberts was born on June 1, 1932 in Monroe, NC to the late John Agustus Robinson and Carrie Ethel Honeycutt. She is predeceased by her husband, Joe Roberts, five brothers and two sisters. Mrs. Roberts was a loving mother and grandmother. She looked forward to going to the lake to spend time with family and friends. Mrs. Roberts enjoyed being outdoors, especially swinging in her swing on cool days. She also enjoyed sewing, listening to music and dancing. Betty loved to watch golf and was an avid Arnold Palmer fan. She is survived by her sons, Steve Mills (Vickie) of Pageland, SC and Gene Mills (Margaret) of Monroe, NC; daughters, Carol Carlton (Russell) and Marilyn Collins (Ricky) both of Monroe, NC; six grandchildren; six great grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.
