Mr. Carroll Edwin Reese, 86, of Jefferson, SC went to be with his Lord on Monday, April 4, 2016 while surrounded by his loving family. Mr. Reese was born on August 8, 1929 in Kershaw County, South Carolina to the late Harmon Edwin Reese and Cora Horton Reese. Mr. Reese later met and united in marriage to Sabren Sullivan. He was a member of Jefferson First Baptist Church for 58 years. Mr. Reese served his Country in the Army. He enjoyed being outside, whether it was mowing the lawn or working in the garden. Mr. Reese is preceded in death by his Brother, Gerald Reese and his Sister, Margie Jackson. He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Sabren Sullivan Reese of Jefferson, SC, Son, Brett Reese (Donna) of Pageland, SC, Daughter, Angel Quick (Marty) of Jefferson, SC, Brothers, Len Reese of Hartsville, SC and Eddie Reese of Bethune, SC, Sister, Myrtis McCants of Aiken, SC and Six Grandchildren, Jackson Reese, Savannah Humanik, Luke Humanik, Madison Quick, Riley Quick and Reese Quick. A Celebration of Life Funeral Service will be held at 3:00PM on Wednesday, April 6, 2016 at Jefferson First Baptist Church with Pastor Rick Hunter, Rev. John Helms and Rev. Marty Quick Officiating. The burial will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park of Pageland SC. The family will receive friends from 1:00PM - 3:00PM Wednesday, April 6, 2016 at Jefferson First Baptist Church Fellowship Hall.
