Ms. Darlene Smith Eubanks, 59, of Pageland, SC passed away on Monday, August 9, 2021 at her home. Ms. Eubanks was born on October 31, 1961 in Baltimore, Maryland to the late James Earl Smith Sr. and Juanita Albright Smith. She was a member of Faith Family Church in Jefferson, SC. Darlene loved to spend time with her family and grandchildren. She taught Children's Church for many years and loved helping everybody, especially her church family. It was important to Darlene to always give back to others. Darlene enjoyed going to the beach, talking on the phone and face timing with the grandchildren. She enjoyed watching TV, especially "The Price is Right." She loved to sing and go shopping. Darlene was a Bingo fanatic. Darlene Eubanks is predeceased by her maternal grandparents, Frances Albright and William Lafayette Albright; paternal grandmother, Gladys Peterson; sister, Desira Smith and brother, Ricky Smith. Darlene Eubanks is survived by her son, Corey Eubanks (Kristin) of Simpsonville, SC; daughter, Carley Eubanks of Pageland, SC; brother, James Earl "Jamie" Smith Jr. of Pageland, SC; sister, Debbie Smith Rollins (Ricky "Dick) of Mt. Pleasant, SC; special aunt and uncle, Janice and J.D. Albright both of Pageland, SC and grandchildren, Lucas Eubanks, Callie Eubanks and Lexi Eubanks. The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM on Sunday, August, 15, 2021 at Baumgartner Funeral Home in Pageland, SC. A Celebration of Life Funeral Service will be held at 4:00 PM on Monday, August 16, 2021 at Faith Family Church in Jefferson, SC with Pastor Eddie Smith officiating. Burial will follow the service at Greenlawn Memorial Park of Pageland. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Faith Family Church, C/O Building Fund, 5779 Mt. Pisgah Road, Jefferson, SC 29718.
