Mrs. Donna Edwards Leaird, 73, of Pageland, SC passed away on Thursday, December 6, 2012 in Charlotte, NC. Mrs. Leaird is the daughter of the late Bake and Jessie Edwards. She was retired from Johnson and Higgins Insurance Company as their Treasurer. Mrs. Leaird was also a Member of First Baptist Church of Pageland. She was survived by her husband, James "Jimmy" L. Leaird of the home, sons, Tim Leaird of Rockingham, NC and Steve Leaird (Gwynn) of Kershaw, SC, daughter, Annette Schlier (Woody) of Charlotte, NC, sisters, Pat Houston of Pageland, SC and Jean Plyler of Florida, Seven Grandchildren and Eleven Great Grandchildren. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday, December 9, 2012 at First Baptist Church of Pageland. The interment will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park of Pageland. The family will receive friends from 3-5 PM Saturday, December 8, 2012 at Sutton-Baumgartner Funeral Home.
