Mrs. Glady Watts Griffin Neal, 81, of Pageland, SC passed away on Thursday, December 29, 2022 while surrounded by her loving family. Mrs. Glady was born on September 3, 1941 in Monroe, NC to the late Monroe Watts and Helen Sikes Watts. She loved to listen to music and enjoyed dancing. Glady always looked forward to traveling and seeing different places. She also loved cooking and spending time with her family and friends. Glady did enjoy spending time on social media looking at pictures and reading about the news especially Pageland news. She worked for Clemson extension for 10 years. She was preceded in death by her sister, Frances Kiker and brother, James Watts. Mrs. Neal is survived by her loving husband of 24 years, Roy Neal of Pageland, SC; sons, Brett Griffin (Claudia) of Mooresville, NC and Tony Griffin (Cindy) of Pageland, SC; daughter, Shelia Griffin of Mooresville, NC; grandchildren, Candice Shuey (Brandon) of Charleston, SC, Troy Griffin of Greenville, SC, Jovi Griffin and Killy Griffin and Bode Griffin all of Mooresville, NC and great grandchildren, Natalie and Tripp Shuey of Charleston, SC. A Celebration of Life Funeral Service will be held at 3:00 PM on Sunday, January 1, 2023 at First Presbyterian Church of Pageland with Pastor Rodney Nicholson officiating. The burial will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park of Pageland. The family will greet friends following the Graveside Service.
