Mr. Grady Clinton Baker, 80, of Lancaster, SC passed away on Wednesday, September 2, 2020 at his home with his family by his side. Mr. Grady Baker was born on March 11, 1940 in Lancaster, SC to the late Fred Baker and Mary Luzetta Watts Baker. He is predeceased by his wife, Sandra F. Baker; brothers, Charles Baker, Jerry Baker and Gary Cooper and sister, Wanda Cooper. Mr. Baker was a true family man that loved to spend time with his grandchildren and furbabies. He was a member of Oak Hill Baptist Church in Lancaster, where he was a past Deacon. He retired from Springs Industries as a Frame Operator. He enjoyed riding around on his golf cart in the neighborhood. Mr. Baker is survived by his son, Greg Baker (Carrie) of Lancaster SC; daughters, Lisa Ghent (Mark) and Dana Self (Bobby) both of Lancaster, SC; brothers, Wayne Cooper (Dot) and Chuck Cooper both of Joshua TX; sisters, Elaine Baker (Tommy) and Janice Walker (Donald) both of Lancaster, SC; grandchildren, Cassie Ghent Blackman (Brandon) and Reagan Self; great grandchildren, Lexi Blackman and Graham Blackman and his two furbabies, Cooper and Ozzy. The family will hold a Celebration of Life Memorial Service on Saturday, September 5, 2020 at 11:00 AM at Oak Hill Baptist Church, 6437 Oak Hill Church Road, Lancaster, SC with Pastor Cliff Henson officiating.
