Mr. Horace Griggs Carnes, 70, of Lancaster, SC passed away at his home on July 15, 2021. Mr. Carnes was born on April 8, 1951 in Pageland, SC to the late Alonzo Henry Carnes and Coralee Plyler Carnes. He was a member of Wolf Pond Baptist Church. Horace was an avid gun and knife collector. He was a forklift operator for Springs industries in Fort Lawn, SC. Horace is survived by his sister, Martha Mills (Brian) of Pageland, SC; nephews, Jeff Mills and Jeremy Mills both of Pageland, SC; great niece, Madison Mills of Monroe, NC and great nephew, Christopher Mills of FL.
