Mr. Jessie Manuel Moree, 85, of Lancaster, South Carolina passed away on Sunday, October 30, 2016. Born on June 5, 1931 in Mt. Croghan, South Carolina to the late Jim and Renee Moree, Jessie later met and united in marriage to the love of his life, Laurine Boone Moree. He worked and retired in the tire manufacturing industry. He loved to spend time with his family and he loved coon hunting. He is preceded in death by his Wife, Laurine Boone Moree, Brothers, Ralph Moree, Harvey Moree, Luther Moree, Henry Moree, Tom Moree and Whitford Moree and Sisters, Minnie Moree, Susie Howard and Liza McClain. Those left to celebrate and remember his life include his loving Daughter, Brenda M. Thomas of Lancaster, South Carolina, Sister, Geneva Faile of Lancaster, South Carolina, Three Grandchildren and Two Great Grandchildren. A Celebration of Life Funeral Service will be held at 3:00 PM on Monday, November 7, 2016 at Baumgartner Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Donald Tillman and Rev. Charles McAteer officiating. Burial will follow at Philadelphia Baptist Church Cemetery.
