Ms. Lottie Lee Hunter, 75, of Jefferson, SC passed away on Tuesday, January 31, 2023 while surrounded by her loving family. Ms. Hunter was born on April 4, 1947 in Monroe, NC to the late Worth Layven Lee and Lois Griffin Lee. Ms. Hunter was a member of Beulah Presbyterian Church in Monroe, NC. She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Ms. Hunter loved to go shopping and she enjoyed dancing and singing. She loved to cook and really enjoyed eating sweets. Ms. Hunter liked spending time on her phone and searching social media. When she was younger, she enjoyed playing softball. She is predeceased by her loving husband, Bill J. Hunter; brothers, Bob Lee, Larry Lee and Dennis Lee and sisters, Lib Starnes and Jean Jenkins. Ms. Hunter is survived by her son, William Brian Hunter (Julie) of Monroe, NC; daughter, Tammy H. Usher (David) of Jefferson, SC; brothers, Charles Lee of Monroe, NC and Harry Lee of Charlotte, NC; sisters, Betty Griffin (Milton) and Marsha "Mart" Hunter both of Pageland, SC and Ruth Williams (Chuck) of Indian Trail, NC; grandchildren, Maegan Usher (Justin James), William Brian Hunter, Jr. (Austin), Peyton Usher and Seth Hunter and great grandchildren, Banks Allen, Jaxyn Hunter, Riley James and Ian James. Visitation will be from 2:00 PM to 3:15 PM on Sunday, February 5, at Beulah Presbyterian Church. A Celebration of Life Funeral Service will be held at 3:30 PM on Sunday, February 5, 2023 at Beulah Presbyterian Church with Pastor Shad Hicks officiating. Burial to follow in the church cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of one's choice. Baumgartner Funeral Home of Pageland, South Carolina (www.baumgartnerfh.com) is serving the Hunter family.
