Mrs. Lucy Estelle Jordan Plyler, 93, of Pageland, SC went to be with her Lord on Saturday, May 2, 2020 while surrounded by her loving family. Mrs. Lucy Estelle Jordan Plyler was born on December 27, 1926 in Pageland, SC to the late Raymond and Carrie Price Jordan. She later met and united in marriage to the late Billy Plyler. Lucy is also predeceased by her two brothers and four sisters. She was a member of Zion United Methodist Church. She loved visiting and spending time with her family and friends. In her spare time, Lucy enjoyed to read and do crossword puzzles. During the summer months, she loved her garden. Mrs. Plyler is survived by her sons Roger J. "Wedge" Plyler (Sheila) of Pageland, SC and Stephen Randall Plyler (Cindi Naylor) of Pageland, SC; daughter, Gail Plyler Harper (Randall) of Garden City, SC; brother, Clarence Jordan (Sudie) of Pageland, SC; grandchildren, Donald Harper of Charleston, SC, Craig Harper (Missy) of Statesville, NC and Caren Elizabeth Halasz (Daniel) of Simpsonville, SC and great grandchildren, Natalie Harper of Statesville, NC and Merin Halasz of Simpsonville, SC. People may stop by Baumgartner Funeral Home on Sunday, May 3, 2020 from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM to sign the register book and pay their respects. A Celebration of Life Graveside Service will be held at 4:00 PM on Sunday, May 3, 2020 at Zion United Methodist Church with Pastor Carl Ritter officiating.
