Margaret H. Martin, 85, of Pageland, South Carolina passed away suddenly on Sunday, May 8, 2016 surrounded by her loving family. Mrs. Margaret H. Martin, was born on July 27, 1930 in Charlotte, North Carolina to the late James Paul Hurst Sr. and the late Mamie Threatt Hurst. Mrs. Martin was later joined in marriage to the late Paul J. Martin. She is preceded in death by her sisters, Jessie Lee "Pat" Davis and Lois Hurst. Mrs. Martin was also a member of Smyrna Baptist Church. Mrs. Margaret H. Martin, is survived by her Son, Paul Richard Martin of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, her Daughter, Lela Martin Love of Albemarle, NC, and her Brother, Dr. Paul Hurst of Rydel, Pennsylvania, Grandchildren, Savannah and Gracie Love of Albemarle, North Carolina and Sophia and Audrey Martin of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. A Celebration of Life Graveside Service will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday, May 11, 2016 at Greenlawn Memorial Park of Pageland with Pastor Pete Gregory officiating. The burial will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park of Pageland, 2584 Highway 601 North, Pageland, South Carolina 29728. In lieu of flowers, Memorials may be made to a Charity of One's Choice.
