Marianne Kilian Galloway, 72, of Pageland, SC passed away on January 5, 2026 in Pageland, South Carolina. She was born on November 1, 1953 in Richmond, Michigan to the late John Kilian and Evelyn Bryson Kilian.

Marianne proudly served her country as a Navy veteran before embarking on a career as a long-haul truck driver, a profession that allowed her to travel extensively and satisfy her love for the open road.

An avid bird watcher, Marianne had a particular fondness for eagles, often spending hours in nature, waiting for a chance to observe these majestic creatures. Her love for the outdoors was paralleled by her passion for the arts of sewing, embroidering, and crochet.

Marianne's interests extended to the kitchen, where she enjoyed cooking and experimenting with new recipes. Her culinary creations were a source of joy for her family and friends, who often gathered around the table to share in the warmth of her hospitality.

She is survived by her loving brother, Bradley Allen Williams of Mineral Bluff, GA; her sister, Deborah Peach of Florence, SC; and her adoring nieces and nephews, Sarah, Rebecca, Martha, Charles, Lydia, Samuel, Jacob, Seth, Ethan, and Cody, who will carry forward her legacy of love and compassion. Marianne was predeceased by her sister, Susan Kilian Green, and brothers, Bryan Nelson Williams and Bill Williams.

There will be a Celebration of Life Graveside Service on Tuesday, January 13, 2026 at 11:00 AM at Greenlawn Memorial Park of Pageland with Pastor David Grubbs officiating and Military Honors conducted by the US Navy Honor Guard. Inurnment will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park of Pageland.
