Mr. Marty "Eightball" Galloway, 64, of Mt. Croghan, SC passed away on Friday, October 28, 2022 at his home while under the care of Hospice and surrounded by his loving family. Mr. Galloway was born on July 21, 1958 in Florence, SC to the late Thirley Galloway, Jr. and Anita Matthews Galloway. Mr. Galloway loved his work as a master mechanic at Bowater Paper Mills for 34 years. He was an avid Alabama football fan, who loved to ride motorcycles and go camping. Mr. Galloway liked to listen to all kinds of music and loved to sing karaoke. Most of all, he loved to spend time with his family. Mr. Galloway is survived by his wife of 34 years, Susan Galloway of Mt. Croghan, SC; sons, Bryan Forrest of Mt. Croghan, SC, Ryan Galloway (Sacha) of Fayetteville, NC and Justin Galloway of Tennessee; sisters, Gail King (Rich) of Florence, SC, Debbie McGoogan (Tom) of Durham, NC, Marie Stokes (Billy) of Florence, SC and Shirley Therrell (Jeff) of Hickory, NC; granddaughter, Chloe Galloway and extended family, Doug and Pam Martin of Mt.
