Mitchell Philip Swift, 32, of Jefferson, SC passed away, Saturday, November, 30, 2019 at his home. Mitchell Swift was born on October 9, 1987 in Lancaster, SC to Jeffrey Swift and Katherine Evans. He is preceded in death by his grandfather, Stephen Pantas. Mitchell loved children and animals. He loved to play video games with his sister and enjoyed music. Mitchell is survived by his father, Jeffrey Swift (LeAnne); mother, Katherine Evans (Elliott Poag); girlfriend, Stephanie Clark; son, Zayden Swift; step-daughter, Jaden Laney; sister, Brooke Poag; half-brother, Jeffrey Swift Jr.; biological grandfather, Michael Jameson; maternal grandmother, Shirley Pantas; paternal grandparents, Herman and Norma Swift, mother of the heart, Cindy Merritt; aunts, Christine Davis and Kimberly Jameson; uncle, Phil Jameson and cousins, Nicole Davis, Stephanie Davis, Chad Davis, Hartley Davis and Gage Davis. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 PM on Thursday, December 5, 2019 at Baumgartner Funeral Home, 708 West McGregor St, Pageland, SC 29728.
