Mr. Clyde Edward Kirkley Jr., 73 of Mt. Croghan, SC passed away peacefully on Wednesday, February 11, 2015 while surrounded by his loving family in Monroe, North Carolina. Mr. Clyde Edward Kirkley was born on October 17, 1941 in Tradesville, SC to the late Clyde and Margie Sistare Kirkley. He later met and united in marriage to Helen Walters. He enjoyed watching western movies. Mr. Kirkley is preceded in death by his Sisters, Brenda Pate and Myra Cox, Step-Daughters, Patricia Griffith and Glenda Walters and Step-Son, Billy Joe Eason. He is survived by his wife Helen Kirkley of the home, Step-Sons, Tommy Eason (Doris) of Lancaster, KY and Sam Griffith of Mt. Croghan, SC, Daughters, Deanna Bailey (Leon) of Marietta, SC and Dawn Kirkley of Pageland, SC, Step-Daughter, Betty Browning of Lancaster, KY, Brother, Claude Kirkley of Lancaster, SC, Sisters, Shirley Adams of Lancaster, SC, Sandra Stevens of Garden City, SC and Denise Hatcher of Lancaster, SC Numerous Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren. The family will hold a Private Service at a later date.
