Mr. Don Ray Moore, 75, of Pageland, SC went to be with his Lord on Friday, May 3, 2013 while among his beloved family and under the loving care of Hospice of Union County. Mr. Don Ray Moore was born in Kent County, Texas, a son of the late James Michak and Minnie Reeves Moore. He is preceded in death by his brothers, James Moore and J.B. Moore, and his sister, Carolyn Simmons. Don was a member of Liberty Hill Baptist Church and also volunteered many hard working hours with Chesterfield Baptist Association as a Director of Disaster Relief. Mr. Moore is survived by his wife, Frances "Fran" Hancock Moore of Pageland, SC, son, Thomas James Moore of Rogers City, MI, daughters, Marsha Bradley of Morena Valley, CA and Rebecca Wynn of Oklahoma City, OK, sister, Nell Stinson of Houston, TX, grandchildren, Garrett Bradley, Andrew Bradley and Evan Bradley all of Morena Valley, CA and many nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Life Funeral Service will be held at 3:00 PM on Sunday, May 5, 2013 at Liberty Hill Baptist Church with interment to follow at the Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2:00 - 3:00 PM on Sunday, May 5, 2013 at Liberty Hill Baptist Church in the Fellowship Hall.
