Mr. George Randy Rogers, 59, of Monroe, North Carolina passed away on Monday, October 6, 2014, at his home. Mr. Rogers was born November 26, 1954 to George Ashley Rogers and the late Virgie Mills Rogers. He later united in marriage to Jeannie Humphries. He worked for Screwmatics for 25 years. He was a member of Smyrna Baptist Church in Pageland, SC. Mr. George Randy Rogers is survived by his Wife, Jeannie H. Rogers of the home, Father, George Ashley Rogers (Shirley) of Morvin, NC, Daughter, Brandy Rogers Jordan (Chris) of Pageland, SC, Sister, Paula Rogers Burgess (David) of Florence AL, and his Grandchildren, Ariel Jordan of Pageland, SC, Allie Jordan of Pageland, SC, Zachary Hegler of Lancaster, SC and Madalyn Hegler of Lancaster, SC. A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be at 2:00 PM on Thursday, October 9, 2014 at Smyrna Baptist Church with Pastor Todd Montgomery and Pastor Pete Gregory officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Wednesday, October 8, 2014 at Baumgartner Funeral Home, 708 W McGregor St., Pageland, South Carolina.
