Mr. Miguel Angel Martinez, 52, of Pageland, SC passed away on Friday, January 22, 2021 in Hartsville, SC. Miguel Angel Martinez was born on November 16, 1968 in Cerrito de la Cruz, San Luis Potosi to Andres Martinez Olvera and Blanca Martinez Gonzalez. He was a member of Iglesia Evangelica Cristiana Espiritual Church in Pageland, SC. He enjoyed to travel with his church family and to take pictures. Though his true love was to help people and share the Gospel with everyone. He is predeceased by his paternal grandparents, Ezequiel Martinez and Ernesta Olvera and his maternal grandparents, Cleofas Martinez and Gregoria Gonzalez. Mr. Martinez is survived by his wife, Elena Espinoza Rocha Martinez of Pageland, SC; parents, Andres Martinez Olvera and Blanca Martinez Gonzalez; sons, Jonathan Martinez, David Martinez, and Joshua Martinez all of Pageland, SC; daughter, Elisabeth Martinez of Pageland, SC; brothers, Andres Martinez (Consuelo Torrijos) and Damian Martinez (Verenice Martinez) both of Pageland, SC; sisters, Angelica Rodriguez (Rodel Rodriguez) and Maria Ofelia Gonzalez (Arnoldo Gonzalez) both of Pageland, SC, Abigail Morales (Felipe Morales) of Columbia, SC and Blanca Estela Martinez of Lugoff, SC; nieces and nephews, Eric Martinez, Angel Martinez, Rebecca Martinez, Lilian Martinez, Daniel Martinez, Miriam Roscoe, Jen Rodriguez, Arnold Gonzalez, Jr., Stephanie Witt, Natalie Gonzalez, Jordan Landaverde, and Pavel Landaverde; special friends, Walter Hargett, Randy Johnson, and the late Billy Jenkins, and brothers in Christ, Maximo Rangel and Rene Vazquez. There will be a Celebration of Life Graveside Service on Saturday, January 30, 2021 at 11:00 AM at Greenlawn Memorial Park of Pageland with Bishop Antonio Murillo and Pastor Fernando Montt officiating.
