Mr. Robert Lewis Deese, 71, of Pageland, SC passed away peacefully on Thursday, February, 12, 2015 at home while surrounded by his loving family. Mr. Deese was born on March 16, 1943 in Monroe, North Carolina to the late Dudley Theron and Carrie Griffin Deese. He later met Donna Holley and they united in marriage. He was an owner and Entrepreneur of various business, most notably Denim LTD. throughout the Carolinas. Mr. Deese was a member of Liberty Hill Baptist Church. He also served in the US Army. Mr. Deese is survived by his Wife, Donna Deese of Pageland, SC, Sons, Conrad Deese (Cara) of Franklin, TN and Carlton Deese (Courtney) of Augusta, GA, Brother, Carson Deese of Lancaster, SC, Grandchildren, Peyton Deese, Parker Deese and Paxton Deese all of Franklin, TN. A Celebration of Life Service will be held 3:00 PM Sunday, February 15, 2015 at Liberty Hill Baptist Church with Pastor Mack Mullis officiating. The burial will follow in the Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM on Saturday, February 14, 2015 at Baumgartner Funeral Home.
