Mr. Rush Farley Chafin, 74 of Wingate, NC went to be with his Lord on Thursday, January 1, 2015 while surrounded by his loving family and under the loving care of Hospice. Mr. Chafin was born June 1, 1940 in Williamson, West Virginia to the late Ermine and Kathleen Lukas Chafin. During his hard working years, he was a kiln operator in the Brick Industry. He is survived by his Daughters, Nona Zolene Books (Bill) of Wingate, NC and Deonia Chafin-Hartis (Randall) of Indian Trail, NC and Grandchildren, Josh Marcum, Jeff Marcum, Jason Marcum, Leanna Chafin, Brandon Chafin, Emory Marcum, Stephen Marcum and Alexander Marcum. The family has requested a Private Cremation.
