Mr. William Joseph Moree, 77, of Marshville, NC went to be with his Lord on Thursday, October 3, 2013 while among his family and under the loving care of Hospice. Mr. Moree was born in Chesterfield County, South Carolina. He was the Son of the late Henry and Lessie Deese Moree. He was united in marriage to Vera "Odessa" Rollings Moree. He is predeceased by his son William "Mike" Moree. Mr. Moree was a Auto Mechanic. He is Survived by his wife, Vera "Odessa" Rollings Moree of Jefferson, South Carolina, Daughters, Denise Helms (Dennis) of Jefferson, South Carolina and Darlene Anderson (Charles) of Pageland, South Carolina, Sons, Jeff Moree (Janice) of Pageland, South Carolina and Chris Moree (Mandee) of Oakboro, North Carolina, Twelve Grandchildren and Eleven Great Grandchildren. A Celebration of Life Funeral Service will be held at Mt Pisgah Baptist Church in Pageland at 10:00 AM on Saturday, October 5, 2013. Visitation will be from 9:00 AM TO 10:00 AM prior to the Service. Burial will follow at the Church Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, Memorials may be made to Hospice of Union County, 700 East Roosevelt Blvd., Monroe, North Carolina 28112.
