Mrs. Alfie Russell Aycoth, 85, of Pageland, SC passed away on August 31, 2019 at the Rehab Center of Cheraw in Cheraw, SC while surrounded by her loving family. Mrs. Alfie Russell Aycoth was born on November 24, 1933 in Kershaw, SC to the late Edd Lee Russell and Ollie Mae Threatt. She was preceded in death by her son, Kenneth Blaine Wilson; daughter, Zondra Denise Herring; brothers and sisters and grandson, Josh Wilson. Alfie had many hobbies that included playing solitaire and collecting Barbie Dolls. She loved to sew, garden and watch T.V. Her favorite shows were Jerry Springer and Maury. Mrs. Aycoth is survived by her daughter, Maggie Wilson Helms Phifer of Wallace, SC; one sister; grandchildren, Crystal Helms Starnes of Monroe, NC, Larry Helms II of Monroe, NC, Kelsey Phifer of Wallace, SC, Kenzee Southerland, Brandy Funderburk and Jessica Herring; thirteen great grandchildren and two great- great grandchildren.
