Mrs. Alline J. Jordan, 92, of Pageland, South Carolina passed away on Sunday, August 9, 2015 while surrounded by her loving family. Mrs. Alline Jordan was born on May 22, 1923 in Pageland, SC to the late Raymond and Carrie Price Jordan. She owned a little country store (Poplin Grocery) for 48 years and was a Homemaker. She was a member of Zion United Methodist Church for 82 years. Mrs. Alline Jordan is preceded in death by her Husband, Albert Jordan and Daughter, Kathryn Jordan Poplin. She is survived by her Sister, Lucy Jordan Plyler, Brother, Clarence Jordan, Grandson, Mark Poplin(Christina), and Great Grandson, Corbin Poplin, all of Pageland, SC. A Celebration of Life Funeral Service will be held Wednesday, August 12, 2015 at 11:00 AM at Zion United Methodist Church. The burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday, August 11, 2015 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Baumgartner Funeral Home.
