Mrs. Carolyn "Midge" Pruitt Oliver, 77, of Jefferson, SC passed away peacefully on Wednesday, September 2, 2015 while surrounded by her loving family and under the care of Hospice. Mrs. Carolyn Pruitt Oliver was born on February 5, 1938 in Mooresville, NC to the late Alvin Lee and Atha Lee Hicks Pruitt. Mrs. Oliver is preceded in death by her Sisters, Marian P. Sullivan and Helen Rollins. Mrs. Oliver is survived by her Husband, Claude "Buddy" Evans Oliver, of Jefferson, SC, Son, Kenny E. Oliver (Angie) of Jefferson, SC, Daughters, Cynthia O. Smith (Eddie) of Jefferson, SC and Kimberly O. Giocondo (Leo) of Fort Mill, SC, Grandchildren, Brandi Fleeman (J.J.) of Salisbury, NC, Josh Smith (Kenesha) of Jefferson, SC, Ian Giocondo of Fort Mill, SC, Noah Giocondo of Fort Mill, SC and Dylan Knoles of Jefferson, SC and Great Grandchildren, Caleb Fleeman and Cooper Fleeman, both of Salisbury, NC. A Celebration of Life Funeral Service will be held Saturday, September 5, 2015 at 2:00 PM at Fork Creek United Methodist Church, 643 Sandhill VFD Rd. Jefferson, SC 29718. The burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday, September 4, 2015 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Fork Creek United Methodist Church.
