Ms. Joyce Gibson McClain, 61 of Jefferson, South Carolina went to be with the Lord on Sunday, April 26, 2015, at Regency Hospital of Florence while surrounded by her loving family. She was born on Wednesday, November 25, 1953 in Lancaster, South Carolina to the late Frank and Rilla Myers Gibson. She later met and united in marriage to Arther McClain who precedes her in death. She retired after many years in the textile industry. Ms. McClain is preceded in death by her husband, Arthur McClain and her great granddaughter, Ariel Elizabeth Clanton. Ms. Joyce Gibson McClain is survived by her Sons, Steven McClain of Wharton, TX, Chris McClain of Jefferson, SC, Daniel McClain of Jefferson, SC and Jeff Rowell of Lake City, SC. Daughter-In-Law, Susan McClain of Jefferson, SC, Sisters, Evelyn Roberts of Lancaster, SC and Betty Carol Gardner of Patrick, SC and Grandchildren, Ryan McClain, Regan McClain, Arthur Eli McClain, Christopher Steven McClain, Jacob McClain, Justin Horne and Harley Short. A Celebration of Life Graveside Service will be at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, April 29, 2015 at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
