Ms. Patricia A. Lewis, 74, of Pageland, SC went to be with the Lord on Saturday, February 28, 2015 while surrounded by her loving family and under the care of Hospice. Ms. Patricia A. Lewis was born on August 14, 1940 in Salisbury, NC. She later met Willard Ervin Lewis and the united in marriage. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her Husband, Willard Ervin Lewis and Daughter, Cynthia Kelly. She is survived by her Mother, Pauline Inez Lewis, Son, Steven Nance of Mt. Pleasant, NC, Daughter, Christy Small of Pageland, SC, Brothers, Roy Smith of Jefferson, SC and Jerry Smith of Blacksburg, SC, Four Grandchildren, Skylar Small of Pageland, SC, Nichala Small of Pageland, SC, Rebekah Kelly of Pageland, SC and Tyler Nance of Mt. Pleasant, NC and Three Great Grandchildren. Services will be a Private Cremation as per family request.
