Mrs. Nancy Knight Carelock,76, of Pageland, SC passed away on August, 22, 2019 at McWhorter House in Monroe NC while surrounded by her loving family. Mrs. Nancy Knight Carelock was born on December 27, 1942 in Pageland, SC to the late Woodrow Wilson "Bill" Knight and Edith Lee Watts Knight. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Buck Knight, Billy Knight and her sister, Bobbie Rivers. She was a member of Shiloh Baptist Church of Monroe, and she attended Zion United Methodist Church of Pageland. Mrs. Carelock enjoyed crossword and word search puzzles. She enjoyed watching Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy on TV. She loved bird watching. She was a very organized and detailed person. One of Mrs Carelocks's favorite things was to spend time with her family. Mrs. Carelock is survived by her daughters, Linda Carelock Mangum of Monroe, NC and Lisa Carelock King of Marshville, NC; son, Robert Lee Carelock Jr. (Michelle Roseman) of Monroe, NC; sister, Sylvia"Sib" Rogers of Hickory, NC; brother, Charles Knight of Pageland, SC; five grandchildren; four great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and a special friend, Ted Evans of Pageland SC. A Celebration of Life Funeral Service will be held on Sunday, August 25, 2019 at 3:00 PM at Zion United Methodist Church of Pageland, SC with Rev. Carl Ritter officiating. Burial will be at Providence Baptist Church cemetery. The family will greet friends on Sunday, August 25, 2019 from 2:00PM - 3:00 PM at Zion United Methodist Church of Pageland in the sanctuary.
