Mrs. Patricia "Pat" Mahaffey Hancock, 67, of Kershaw, SC went to be with her Lord on Friday, March 29, 2013 while among her loving family and Hospice of Lancaster. Mrs. Patricia "Pat" Mahaffey Hancock is the daughter of the late Furman and Ora Broome Mahaffey. She is also predeceased in death by her husband, Tommy Edward Hancock and brother, Daniel "Danny" Tucker. Mrs. Hancock was a member of New Haven Baptist Church in Kershaw, SC. She was an avid cook, loved to sew, enjoyed to garden and loved spending time with her granddaughter. A Celebration of Life Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday, April 2, 2013 at New Haven Baptist Church. The interment will follow at the Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1 - 2 PM Tuesday, April 2, 2013 at New Haven Baptist Church in the Fellowship Hall. In lieu of flowers, Memorials may be made to, Hospice of Lancaster , 902 W Meeting St, Lancaster, SC 29720.
