Mrs. Phyllis Patricia Cowick, 69, of Pageland, SC went to be with her Lord on Tuesday, July 26, 2016 while surrounded by her loving family. Mrs. Phyllis Patricia Cowick was born May 9, 1947 in North Carolina to the Late Jesse Lee Autry and the late Gertrude Boatwright. Phyllis is also preceded in death by her infant daughter, Teresa Gail and her brother, David Autry. Phyllis worked for many years for the Clerk of Court of Pageland and also served as a Municipal Judge. Phyllis was also a member of Dudley Baptist Church where she was a Bible School Director for many years and a past Sunday School Teacher. Mrs. Phyllis Patricia is survived by her Daughters, Virginia Ratliff (Chad) of Ruby, SC and Melissa Cowick Morgan (Lane) of Lancaster, SC, Sisters, Jessie Mae Griffin of Myrtle Beach, SC, Diane Todorovsky of Flint, Michigan and Martha Summerford of Monroe, NC, Six Grandchildren and Five Great Grandchildren. A Celebration of Life Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, July 29, 2016 at Dudley Baptist Church with Pastor Jerry Haney officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00PM - 2:00 PM Friday, July 29, 2016 at Dudley Baptist Church in the Fellowship Hall. The burial will follow in the Church Cemetery. The Family will also receive friends at the Cowick Home Place on Wade Funderburk Rd on Thursday, July 28, 2016 from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM In lieu of flowers, Memorials may be made to Dudley Baptist Church c/o Whitney Brock, 326 Jenkins Rd, Pageland, SC 29728.
