Mr. Samuel Lee McManus, 69, of Pageland, SC passed away on Tuesday, January 26, 2021 in Monroe, NC. Mr. Samuel Lee McManus was born on March 7, 1951 in Lancaster, SC to the late William B. McManus and Lena Seegars McManus. He is preceded in death by his brother, William Phillip McManus; niece, Patty Courtney and nephews, Scott Courtney and Roger Dale McManus, Jr. Mr. McManus enjoyed spending time with his family. He was a very giving person that was always eager to help anyone in need. He enjoyed cooking, gardening, and anything outdoors. Mr. McManus is survived by his brother, Roger D. McManus of Pageland, SC; sisters, Betty Miller (Gary) of Pageland, SC and Denise Mullinix (J.A) of Troy, NC; nephews, Ricky Courtney, John Mullinix, and Jesse Mullinix; nieces, Kayla McManus and Jessica McManus, four great nieces and six great nephews. Anyone can come by Baumgartner Funeral Home on Sunday, January 31, 2021 from 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM to sign the register book and pay their respects. There will be a Celebration of Life Graveside Service on Sunday, January 31, 2021 at 3:00 PM at Greenlawn Memorial Park of Pageland with Pastor Bobby Pegram officiating. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park of Pageland. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to High Point Baptist Church, 16 High Point Church Road, Pageland, SC 29728.
