Mrs. Sarah Katherine Hildreth Woodring, 94, of Mooresville, NC, formerly of Pageland, SC passed away on April 27, 2022 in Huntersville, NC. Mrs. Woodring was born on July 3, 1927 to the late Wilson James Hildreth and Lillie Moree in Lancaster, SC. She loved quilting and was a member of the Charlotte Quilters Guild. Sarah enjoyed fishing and loved to spend time with her grandsons. She is predeceased by her husband, Carl Woodring; brothers, William Carson Hildreth, Claude M. Hildreth, Ted Hildreth, Harry Hildreth and Ralph Franklin Hildreth and sister-in-law, Marie Hildreth. Mrs. Woodring is survived by her son, Anthony Woodring (Marcia) of Mooresville, NC; brother, Jamie Hildreth (Kitty) of Pageland, SC; sisters-in-law, Violet Hildreth, Shirley Hildreth and Linda Hildreth and four grandsons. The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM on Sunday, May 1, 2022 at Baumgartner Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life Funeral Service will be held at 3:00 PM on Sunday, May 1, 2022 at Baumgartner Funeral Home, 708 W. McGregor Street, Pageland, SC 29728 with Pastor Mack Mullis officiating.
