Mr. Talmadge P. Aldridge, 85, of Monroe, NC passed away on Saturday, January 15, 2022 in Monroe, NC. Mr. Aldridge was born in September 12, 1936 to the late Lonnie D. Aldridge and Mattie Tadlock Aldridge. He was a member of Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church and attended First Freewill Baptist Church in Pageland, SC. Mr. Aldridge was retired from Charlotte Pipe and Foundry. He was a cat lover and enjoyed spending time on his back porch. He is preceded in death by his wife, Louise Arant Gainey Aldridge; four brothers; two sisters and grandson-in-law, Bobby Charles Parker. Mr. Aldridge is survived by his son, Michael Gainey of Pageland, SC; sister, Sarah Laney of Stallings, NC; granddaughter, Alisha Parker of Pageland, SC; grandson, Jeremy Gainey of Pageland, SC and great grandsons, Bobby Parker, Jr. and Bryan Parker both of Pageland, SC. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, January 19, 2022 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Baumgartner Funeral Home.
