Mr. William Herman Carter, 90, of Pageland, SC passed away on Friday, December 6, 2019 at his home in Pageland, SC. William was born on May 27, 1929 in New Orleans, Louisiana to the late Elisha Carter and Minnie Dietzel Carter. William was a member of Jefferson First Baptist Church and retired from Barry Helms Chevrolet. Mr. Carter is survived by his daughters, Holly Wallace and her mother, Pam Helms of Pageland, SC and April Carter Price (Don) of Huntersville, NC; sister, Penny Carter Wadsley of Greensboro, NC; five grandchildren, Evan Price, Eric Price, Mitchell Wallace, Johnathon Wallace and Bethany Wallace and five great grandchildren. There will be a Celebration of Life Memorial Service on Wednesday, December 11, 2019 at 3:30 PM at Baumgartner Funeral Home Chapel, 708 West McGregor Street, Pageland, SC 29728. The family will visit with friends following the Memorial Service.
