Mr. William Franklin "Frank" Funderburk,74, of Pageland, SC passed away on Sunday, December 11, 2022 at his home in Pageland, SC while under the care of Hospice and surrounded by his loving family. Mr. Funderburk was born on February 15, 1948 in Monroe, NC to the late George Franklin and Billie Hicks Funderburk. Mr. Funderburk was a faithful member of Liberty Hill Baptist Church, where he served as deacon for many years. Frank was a loving husband for fifty-two years. Mr. Funderburk is a graduate of Wingate Junior College and worked for Tucker Lumber Company for thirty-seven years. In his spare time, he enjoyed hunting and drag racing. He is predeceased by his brother, George Douglas Funderburk. Mr. Funderburk is survived by his wife of 52 years, Judy Catoe Funderburk of Pageland, SC; son, William Franklin Funderburk Jr. (Stacey) of Summerville, SC; daughter, Mandy Blanding of Florence, SC; grandchildren, Camden Blanding of Florence, SC, Caden Funderburk and Wren Funderburk both of Summerville, SC; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Visitation will be from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM on Thursday, December 15, 2022 at Liberty Hill Baptist Church Fellowship Hall. A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held at 3:00 PM on Thursday, December 15, 2022 at Liberty Hill Baptist Church in Pageland, SC with Pastor Mack Mullis officiating.
